Job summary

Williams is seeking a Construction Manager Staff to lead natural gas pipeline facility construction projects, set strategies, and drive safe, compliant execution. The role requires substantial field experience and strategic oversight.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma/GED with 12+ years on related projects and 7+ years on large mega projects; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership to establish project strategies, plans and construction execution philosophy.
• Review and accept contractor’s construction schedule and budget; ensure contract changes align with requirements.
• Ensure safety, health and environmental regulations are adhered by employees and contractors.
• Expedite engineering and procurement to support construction.
• Lead construction closeout, including data books, completion reports and lessons learned.
• Develop an enterprise construction quality program and ensure inspector qualification program compliance.
• Mentor others and support team development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
