Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to oversee natural gas infrastructure megaprojects in Oklahoma. You will lead construction managers, inspectors, and support staff, ensuring execution from development through turnover to operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires 12+ years in energy infra construction, strong scheduling and cost control skills, and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in construction, inspection, or commissioning on energy infra projects.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Up to 75% travel
• Safety-focused with strong organizational/interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of ASME, DOT, API, OSHA, and AWS inspection procedures
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with contracts, planning, scheduling, and cost control

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute construction activities on natural gas infrastructure megaprojects.
• Lead construction managers, inspectors, and support staff.
• Provide oversight from development through turnover to operations.
• Review scopes of work, schedules, cost estimates, drawings, execution plans, and contracts.
• Establish QA/QC inspection programs and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Manage budgets, resource planning, and progress reporting.
• Foster team development and manage contractor qualifications and selections.
