Job summary

SZ PM Consultants, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Construction Inspector to lead field inspection and construction oversight for water and wastewater pipeline projects in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of U.S. experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to independently manage contract administration, field coordination, and project documentation. Experience with Design-Build or CMAR is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of U.S. experience in water/wastewater pipeline construction inspection or related field.
• Experience managing large-diameter pipeline projects including rehabilitation.
• Experience with quality control, testing, and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead field inspection and construction oversight for water and wastewater pipelines.
• Inspect contractor work for conformance with drawings, specs, and standards.
• Coordinate field investigations, condition assessments, and rehabilitation needs.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, changes, and approvals; track documentation.
