Job summary

LVI Associates in the Washington, DC metro area is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex water and wastewater treatment construction projects for municipal infrastructure. This role requires 7+ years of project management experience and a strong background in water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, or mechanical systems.

You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractors while guiding project teams and coordinating with field operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in heavy civil construction.
• Strong background in water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, or mechanical systems.
• Experience managing complex municipal infrastructure projects.
• Strong financial, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractors
• Lead project teams and coordinate closely with field operations
• Manage change orders, project costs, and contract requirements
