DM Enterprises is seeking an experienced Construction Inspector / Construction Oversight Professional to support water, wastewater, and infrastructure projects. You will oversee field inspection activities as the Owner’s Representative, monitor progress, ensure QA, and verify compliance with plans, specs, and regulations.

Strong coordination with inspectors, contractors, and project teams is essential. The role requires hands-on inspection background, safety and quality standards knowledge, and

Qualifications

• 6+ years of field inspection experience on water/wastewater projects.
• Experience with storm water management and environmental projects.
• Familiarity with construction codes, regulations, and record-keeping requirements.
• Ability to work independently or in a team to meet objectives.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of project documentation review (RFI, submittals, payment estimates).

Responsabilités

• Prepare the Daily Construction Log using the client’s software.
• Supervise field inspectors and assign tasks.
• Review and approve field inspectors' logs.
• Verify installed quantities and perform QA on materials.
• Process contractor monthly payment estimates.
• Monitor schedule and address deficiencies with PM/Construction Manager.
• Act as Owner’s agent in the construction process.
• Review progression of work against the schedule.
• Read contractor submittals, RFIs, and change orders; comment where needed.
• Attend and document construction progress meetings and as-built meetings.
• Coordinate and chair all as-built meetings and field testing.
• Ensure housekeeping per contract specifications.
• Communicate field conflicts to Resident Inspector and interface with client and contractor.
