Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school is required.
• Active license to practice law in New Jersey is required.
• 4+ years of PIP/No-Fault litigation experience or equivalent.
• Ability to independently manage a full litigation caseload with minimal oversight.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills with experience drafting dispositive motions and arbitration submissions.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize deadlines.
• Experience conducting arbitrations, EUOs, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
• Strong communication skills with claims professionals and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage all PIP/No-Fault litigation from inception through resolution.
• Handle complex, high-exposure PIP matters with strategic risk analysis.
• Conduct EUOs and prepare detailed reports focusing on fraud indicators and risk.
• Review new files, assess liability and damages, and draft pleadings and motions.
• Conduct arbitrations and try cases; prepare witnesses and experts for testimony.
• Provide strategic guidance to claims professionals throughout the life of a claim.
• Monitor changes in PIP/No-Fault laws and apply developments to litigation strategy.
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to process improvements.
