Job summary

Plymouth Rock Management Company of New Jersey seeks a full-time attorney with insurance defense experience for NJ and NY PIP litigation. You will handle arbitration demands, pleadings, depositions, and hearings both virtually and in person.

The role requires organization, teamwork, and the ability to manage a high-volume file load across Forthright and AAA platforms. NJ Bar is required; NY Bar is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of PIP experience required.
• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey (NJ Bar).
• New York Bar is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of a high-volume pending caseload (350+ cases).
• Conduct depositions and Examinations Under Oath.
• Attend conferences, arbitrations, motions and trials.
• Prepare PIP arbitration submissions and upload to Forthright or AAA.
• Input and maintain information in the case management system; ensure data integrity.
