Job summary

Plymouth Rock Management Company of New Jersey seeks a full-time attorney with an insurance defense background to handle New Jersey and New York PIP litigation. The attorney will manage a high-volume docket, analyze arbitration demands, prepare submissions, and conduct depositions and hearings both virtually and in person.

The role requires NJ bar admission and five years of PIP experience, with NY bar a plus; strong knowledge of NJ rules and insurance law is essential.

Qualifications

• At least five years relevant PIP experience.
• Fully licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
• New York Bar admission a plus but not required.
• Ability to analyze complex litigation and prepare action plans.
• Strong knowledge of NJ Rules of Evidence, Civil Procedure, and No-Fault arbitration rules.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume PIP litigation in NJ and NY courts and arbitrations.
• Conduct depositions and Examinations Under Oath.
• Attend conferences, arbitrations, motions, and trials.
• Prepare PIP arbitration submissions and upload to Forthright or AAA.
• Maintain case management system data integrity and provide legal direction to Claims.
