Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years with PingDirectory, LDAP, and directory services.
• Experience with AWS environments and container platforms.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and support PingDirectory in AWS environments.
• Troubleshoot complex directory issues and optimize LDAP performance.
• Migrate directories, perform LDIF exports/imports, and ensure DR readiness.
• Implement TLS/SSL, certificates, and secure bind patterns for auth services.
• Automate directory administration with Shell/Python scripts.
