Job summary

Systemone is seeking a Senior PingDirectory Engineer to support enterprise SSO directory services in a large financial services environment. You will focus on PingDirectory upgrades, operational support, security updates, and custom directory solutions in AWS.

The role requires hands-on expertise with PingDirectory, LDAP, and directory administration, with cloud/container experience and scripting to automate tasks. This is a senior, on-site role in multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience installing, configuring, upgrading PingDirectory.
• Deep LDAP knowledge including schemas, replication, and access controls.
• Experience with cloud/container platforms (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Scripting to automate directory admin tasks (Shell/Python).

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and support PingDirectory in AWS environments.
• Troubleshoot complex directory issues and optimize performance for high-volume auth workloads.
• Perform migrations, LDIF exports/imports, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Secure directory services with TLS/SSL, certificates, and proper access controls.
