Job summary

Clio is seeking a Senior Systems Specialist, FP&A to design, develop, and maintain our EPM platform, Pigment, and related systems across North America. You will collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, and business leaders to improve budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while ensuring data integrity and scalable processes.

Candidate should bring 4+ years of EPM experience, strong collaboration, and a track record of delivering process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in designing and implementing EPM solutions.
• Proven experience in developing models for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Extensive experience in aligning application development with business needs.
• A solution-oriented personality with an emphasis on strong collaboration and communication among your partners and stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and administer our EPM platform and related systems.
• Partner with FP&A, Accounting, and business leaders to enhance financial planning, reporting, and forecasting processes.
• Configure and optimize our EPM platform to support budgeting, scenario modelling, and financial analysis.
• Develop scalable workflows and automation to improve efficiency and data integrity.
• Support end users by providing training, documentation, and troubleshooting for FP&A Systems.
• Collaborate with IT and other system teams to integrate EPM data across platforms.
