You will drive yield enhancement, investigate root causes with data from Yield Analysis, and define best known methods across unit processes while maintaining strong customer engagement in progress meetings.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Physics, EE, Chemical Engineering or Materials Science.
• 4+ years semiconductor process experience.
• Strong statistical analysis using JUMP or Spotfire.
• Strong technical communication with customer.

Responsibilities

• 14nm product ownership for multiple customers.
• Inline, ET and yield trend monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Excursion action follow up and follow-up with customer meetings.
