Job summary

Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking a Senior Personal Injury Trial Attorney to lead its Washington practice. You will manage a plaintiff PI caseload from intake to trial and serve as the firm’s lead litigator in Washington, collaborating with leadership to shape strategy and grow local resources.

You will conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and jury trials, while mentoring staff and expanding relationships with medical professionals and experts across Washington.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school or equivalent degree.
• Active Washington State Bar license in good standing.
• Extensive plaintiff personal injury litigation experience and trial readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead a plaintiff personal injury caseload from intake through trial.
• Handle MVA, CVA, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex cases.
• Take depositions, conduct mediations, arbitrations, and jury trials.
• Develop litigation strategies to maximize client outcomes and settlements.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and appellate documents as needed.
