Job summary

Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking a Senior Personal Injury Trial Attorney to lead its litigation presence in a designated state, managing a personal injury caseload from intake through trial.

The ideal candidate will have substantial MVA and CVA experience, strong courtroom skills, and an active license in one of the listed states, with the ability to work remotely and support the firm’s expansion.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license in OH, MA, NC, WA, CA, or NY.
• Minimum 10 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
• Extensive MVA and CVA litigation experience required.
• First-chair trial experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to independently manage a litigation docket and work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal injury caseload from intake through resolution.
• Handle MVA, CVA, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex claims.
• Develop litigation strategies and oversee all phases of litigation.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and settlement negotiations.
• Prepare and try cases when settlement is not in the client's best interest.
• Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and staff to maximize outcomes.
• Lead the state's personal injury practice and assist with expanding operations.
