Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking a Senior Personal Injury Trial Attorney to lead its Washington practice. You will manage a plaintiff PI caseload from intake through trial, while guiding and growing the team in the state.

The role emphasizes independent caseload management, strong courtroom experience, and collaboration with leadership to shape strategy and expand the Washington presence. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar admission in good standing.
• Minimum 10 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
• Extensive experience handling MVA and CVA claims.
• Strong writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a plaintiff personal injury caseload from intake through trial or settlement.
• Handle Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) and Commercial Vehicle Accident (CVA) claims, plus catastrophic injury and wrongful death.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, settlement negotiations, and jury trials.
• Develop litigation strategies to maximize client outcomes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and appellate documents as needed.
• Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and litigation support staff.
• Build relationships with medical providers, expert witnesses, investigators, and litigation professionals in Washington.
• Mentor attorneys and staff as the Washington practice grows.
