Job summary

LeoForce in California is seeking a Senior Personal Injury Trial Attorney to lead litigation and trial work in a high-volume environment. You will manage files through settlement or trial, communicate clearly with clients, and draft motions, pleadings, and discovery.

We require a CA Bar admission, a JD from an accredited law school, at least 3 years of PI experience, and willingness to handle a heavy caseload and try cases.

Qualifications

• Must be a member of the California state bar.
• Must have a degree from an accredited law school.
• At least 3 years of PI experience.
• You must be willing to work at volume; we are a volume firm.
• You must be open to trying cases.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation files through progression toward settlement or trials.
• Make sure clients understand the process they will undertake.
• Draft all documents, including motions, pleadings, discovery, etc.
• Guide clients through the entire case.
• Attend and conduct depos, mediations, hearings, etc.
