Ideal candidates hold a J.D., active California State Bar status, and five years of litigation experience. You will collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver top-tier legal services while upholding ethical standards.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, including civil litigation, depositions, motions, and trials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, pre-trial, trial, and post-trial proceedings.
• Conduct comprehensive discovery, pleadings, and motion practice.
• Represent the firm and its clients in court appearances, delivering persuasive oral arguments.
• Handle depositions, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Develop and implement robust case strategies to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.
• Manage case management, keeping files organized and up to date.
• Provide legal counsel while maintaining high ethical standards.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff for seamless execution of duties.
• Keep abreast of legislation, court decisions, and trends to advise clients effectively.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance legal knowledge and skills.
