LeoForce is seeking an entry-level Personal Injury Lawyer in Beverly Hills, CA. You will handle litigation from discovery through trial preparation, draft pleadings and motions, and participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances.

You will support trial attorneys as second chair, collaborate on case strategy, and manage a personal injury caseload with a dedicated team to ensure high-quality advocacy. Join a fast-paced, team-driven practice focused on results.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• 1+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Experience with discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation from discovery through trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
• Support trial attorneys as second chair and assist with trial prep.
• Collaborate on case strategy and client advocacy in a fast-paced team setting.
• Manage cases from filing through resolution.
• Draft and file pleadings and motions.
• Propound and respond to written discovery.
• Take and defend depositions (parties, witnesses, experts).
• Handle court appearances, hearings, and case management conferences.
• Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations.
• Work closely with support staff and leadership on case strategy.
