Job summary

LeoForce in Beverly Hills, CA seeks a mid-level Personal Injury Paralegal to manage litigation from filing to trial. The role emphasizes discovery, medical record analysis, deposition support, and motion practice, with strong proficiency in Westlaw/ LexisNexis and CA e-filing.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in plaintiff PI litigation, are highly organized, and can handle a heavy caseload while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation paralegal experience.
Experience managing cases through multiple or all stages of litigation, from complaint through trial.
Strong hands-on experience with written discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admission, and responses.
Demonstrated ability to review, analyze, and summarize medical records, bills, and treatment histories.
Experience supporting motion practice, legal research, and brief preparation.
Meaningful trial preparation and trial support experience.
Experience with Los Angeles Superior Court e-filings and procedures, including local rules.
Proficiency with Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar research platforms.
Proficiency with Filevine or comparable case management software.
Spanish/English bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage litigation from start to finish: active role in plaintiff personal injury cases from complaint through resolution and trial.
Own discovery: prepare, propound, organize, and manage discovery requests and responses with deadlines.
Analyze medical records: obtain and summarize medical records, bills, and treatment histories.
Support depositions: prepare deposition materials, summaries, and exhibits.
Assist with motions and legal research: draft motions and conduct research with Westlaw or LexisNexis.
Prepare for trial: assist with trial binders, exhibits, and materials.
