Qualifications

• J.D. and licensed to practice in California (Nevada or Oregon a plus).
• Minimum 2 years of experience handling civil litigation matters.
• Recent experience with civil litigation practice areas listed.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of civil litigation from inception through trial and appeal.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery in state and federal court.
• Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Handle mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences.
• Develop and execute litigation strategy aligned with client goals.
• Provide coverage opinions and risk analysis for insurers and corporate clients.
• Represent clients in trial and appellate proceedings as needed.
