Job summary

9NEXUS Limited is seeking an experienced Industrial IT/OT specialist to provide L2/L3 support for PI System components, monitor performance and troubleshoot across PLC, DCS, SCADA and MES environments.

You will manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, plan patches and upgrades, and lead disaster recovery efforts while ensuring compliance with GxP, CSV and change control requirements.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in Industrial Historian/IT-OT or Automation support.
• 6+ years hands-on OSIsoft PI System experience preferred.
• Strong expertise in PI Data Archive, AF, PI Vision and PI Interfaces/Connectors.
• Knowledge of PLC, DCS, SCADA, MES, Windows Server and network issues.
• Experience in incident, change, release, backup/restore and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for PI Data Archive, AF, PI Vision and PI Interfaces/Connectors.
• Monitor system performance, data collection, availability and troubleshoot across PLC/DCS/SCADA/MES.
• Manage incidents, RCA, problem resolution, patches, upgrades and backups.
• Support compliance activities: GxP, CSV, change controls, CAPA, audits.
• Coordinate testing, deployments, documentation and operational improvements with stakeholders.
