Job summary
Ketjen Corporation is seeking an IT/OT System Engineer to support and maintain OT and Industrial IT systems across manufacturing and research environments. You will handle PCS, PIMS, LIMS, laboratory systems, historian platforms, and analytics infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and performance across interconnected IT/OT environments.
Join a team that collaborates with Operations, Maintenance, Research & Technology, and application admins to deliver hands‑on technical support,
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years supporting IT/OT infrastructure or industrial tech environments.
- Experience with PCS, PIMS, LIMS, or similar industrial systems.
- Proficient in Windows OS, virtualization, and enterprise infra.
- Strong cybersecurity, endpoint protection, and OT security practices.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain OT/IT PCS, PIMS, LIMS, and analytics platforms.
- Administer OS patching and vulnerability remediation in OT.
- Assist with software upgrades, patching, and maintenance.
- Support database maintenance and system performance monitoring.
- Troubleshoot OT infrastructure, applications, and network connectivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on OT project execution.
