Job summary

The Ward Law Group in Miami Lakes, FL seeks an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to manage pre-litigation and litigation matters from intake to resolution.

You will lead case strategy, counsel clients, negotiate settlements, and oversee a team of 6–10 Case Managers, ensuring KPI compliance and high-quality work.

This is a full-time on-site role with a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits; remote options are not available.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar in good standing.
• 3+ years of personal injury/motor vehicle experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
• Strong client service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Leadership ability and self-starter mindset.
• Excellent writing and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage both pre-litigation and litigation personal injury matters from intake to resolution.
• Develop case strategy, counsel clients, negotiate settlements, oversee litigation.
• Lead a team of 6–10 Case Managers; ensure KPI compliance and quality.
• Prepare pre-litigation documents such as demands and settlement packages.
• Conduct recorded statements and prepare clients for EUOs and 50-h hearings.
• Coordinate with carriers on settlements and releases.
