Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on AVEVA/OSIsoft PI System experience in Oil & Gas, manufacturing, utilities, or similar industry.
• End-to-end expertise in PI Data Archive, Asset Framework, PI Vision, PI Analytics, Event Frames, and PI client/server tools.
• Experience with PI Web API, PI Integrator, PI Adapters, interfaces, and connectors.
• Knowledge of OPC, OPC UA, Modbus; industrial control systems and data historians.
• Scripting or development experience using Python, PowerShell, or .NET; SQL, Power BI, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support PI Data Archive, Asset Framework, PI Vision, interfaces, connectors, and analytics.
• Configure PI tags, AF models, asset hierarchies, event frames, calculations, and dashboards.
• Ensure real-time data quality, availability, security, and system performance.
• Troubleshoot PI System, interface, connectivity, performance, and data-flow issues.
• Integrate the PI System with PLC, DCS, SCADA, MES, ERP, reporting, and cloud platforms.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable PI System solutions.
• Collaborate with global agile teams and provide technical guidance and user support.
• Maintain documentation, data standards, and system-support procedures.
• Enable operational improvements through analytics, digitalization, and predictive maintenance.
