Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration or related field, or equivalent clinical/IT experience.
• Five years in a provider support, training or optimization role in IT or clinical setting.
• EPIC Certification or proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads on-site support for medical staff on provider technologies (EHR, mobile solutions, comms tools).
• Monitors provider KPIs and partners with IT, Nursing and Quality to implement improvements.
• Delivers excellent physician-focused customer service with training and problem resolution.
• Acts as liaison between medical staff and hospital departments to resolve IT/operations issues.
