Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or another related field; equivalent experience allowed.
• Six+ years' experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition.
• Two+ years' healthcare recruiting experience, ideally in clinic and hospital settings.
• Two+ years' candidate sourcing experience.
• Experience partnering with leadership to develop strategic recruiting plans.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers to build recruitment plans and define job competencies.
• Own the full life cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offers.
• Develop sourcing strategies and market campaigns to attract diverse talent.
• Collaborate with leadership to create strategic recruiting plans.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies.
