Develop proactive sourcing strategies via direct outreach, networking, residency programs, and career fairs.
Build relationships with chairs, medical directors, and stakeholders.
Ensure outstanding candidate experience and timely interview scheduling.
Track activities with ATS and report to leadership.
Collaborate with credentialing and onboarding teams.
Stay current on market trends and compensation benchmarks.
Represent the organization at conferences and events.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
