The ideal candidate will lead intake meetings with hiring managers, post positions, source candidates, screen applications, conduct interviews, and develop offers, while coaching hiring supervisors on best practices. Travel within the Seattle area may be required.

Qualifications

• Four years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare.
• May substitute an additional four years of relevant work experience for the required degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the recruitment process for non-clinical positions, including intake meetings, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and offers.
