Job summary

Valley Medical Center is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruiting for the clinic network and hospital settings, partnering with leadership to attract top talent. You will implement sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure compliant, effective hiring practices across clinical, administrative, and technical roles.

The role reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition & Onboarding, with typical Monday–Friday hours and on-site operations at the VMC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/HR/Healthcare; four years' experience may replace degree.
• Minimum six years recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in a healthcare setting.
• Experience sourcing candidates.
• Ability to develop strategic recruiting plans with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive recruitment plans with hiring managers.
• Own full life cycle recruiting process.
• Educate leaders on recruitment processes.
• Partner with compensation on offers and negotiations.
• Build talent pipeline and engage diverse candidates.
