Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Physician Relations to drive KOL partnerships and advisory board initiatives within the Surgical Organization. You will engage with physician consultants, organize symposia, and align programs with market and brand strategies.

This role supports the Surgical Organization across functions, enabling education and engagement with healthcare professionals, while traveling up to 50% and allowing remote work within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant experience with an advanced degree.
• Experience managing complex HCP focused programs.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, and enhances the company’s image with thought leaders/high profile individuals and/or groups.
• Represent the Surgical Organization as a key contact with physician consultants, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizes company-sponsored symposia for consultant and advisory board meetings.
• Develops, fosters and maintains key customer relationships with healthcare professionals, aligning their key interests and expertise with our engagement opportunities.
• Drives engagement with surgical and medical society organizations strategically aligned with the business to increase market access and development opportunities and to aid in the education of other healthcare professionals.
• Develops concepts and aligns programs with market, product and brand strategies.
• May negotiate sponsorship contracts.
