Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of experience leading strategy in a physician program or medical education role within healthcare.
• Ability to travel globally 35-45% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Physician Relations team, including hiring, developing, coaching, and retaining top talent.
• Manage team performance through regular coaching conversations and annual evaluations.
• Develop and execute the overall physician engagement strategy for ICT.
• Identify current relationships and future key opinion leader opportunities to support business priorities.
• Design and implement innovative engagement programs and offerings.
• Develop and manage customer visit strategy with clear goals and standards.
• Establish metrics and reporting tools to evaluate program effectiveness.
