Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, health care administration or related field.
• Minimum of three years of professional recruitment or executive search in healthcare.
• Experience with interviewing, onboarding and candidate assessment.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual physician recruitment plan in collaboration with leadership.
• Manage recruitment process, source candidates, and coordinate interviews.
• Coordinate interviews/visits and assist final candidate selection.
• Track data and report candidate flow and sourcing strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to HR policies.
