Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Healthcare Admin, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years physician recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract physicians for assigned specialties and service lines.
• Manage full-cycle physician recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting candidates, and offer negotiations.
• Build robust physician pipelines via networking, direct sourcing, referrals, and professional associations.
• Assess candidates for qualifications, clinical experience, leadership, goals, and cultural fit.
• Provide guidance on market conditions, compensation, and competitive positioning to hiring leaders.
• Collaborate on employer branding and recruitment campaigns with marketing/communications.
