Job summary

UCHealth is seeking a Recruiter Associate to join the team at the Leprino Building in Aurora. You will identify and engage physicians and advanced practice providers, and develop strategies for hard-to-fill specialties while partnering with recruiters to build strong candidate pipelines across UCHealth.

You will work with recruiters, hiring leaders, and clinical teams, conducting targeted outreach via major sourcing platforms, researching potential candidates, and maintaining relationships with

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Preferred knowledge of physician and APP sourcing platforms and healthcare recruitment practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with recruiters, hiring leaders, and clinical teams throughout the recruitment process.
• Apply critical thinking and sound judgment within the scope of the role, work effectively with minimal supervision, and take appropriate action in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify and engage physicians and advanced practice providers through LinkedIn Recruiter, Avature, PinPoint, PracticeMatch, Health eCareers, and other sourcing platforms.
• Research potential candidates, conduct personalized outreach, and build relationships with prospective providers.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies and maintain strong candidate pipelines, particularly for hard-to-fill and niche specialties.
