Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Clear Lake North is seeking a Lead Physician Navigator to train and guide the business development team. You will provide marketing support to navigators, cultivate referral relationships, and analyze referral data across hospitals and clinics to optimize admissions.

Applicants should have a nursing, therapy, or social work license or substantial healthcare marketing experience, with at least seven years in healthcare marketing.

Qualifications

• License in nursing, therapy, or social work or significant healthcare marketing experience.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in healthcare marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Physician Navigator assists in training and management of the business development team.
• Provides marketing support to Clinical and Physician Navigators and other team members.
• Cultivates referral relationships and manages assigned territory; analyzes referral/admission data.
• Develops and maintains relationships with stakeholders including patients, families, physicians, nurses, discharge planners and payer representatives.
