Job summary

• Performs analyses, communicates status, and documents assumptions and outcomes.
• Evaluates recruitment offers and compensation packages including base pay and incentives.
• Develops alternative compensation scenarios based on market and internal comparators.
• Recommends competitive and equitable offer packages in line with standards.
• Evaluates retention requests, market adjustments, and internal equity concerns.
• Models adjustments, analyzes total financial impact, and suggests actions.
• Conducts market analyses using reputable compensation survey sources.
• Selects market matches and interprets percentile trends to guide decisions.
• Advises on plan design, payout structures, and pay practices with governance considerations.
• Partners with Legal, Compliance, and Finance for complex costings.
• Presents data-driven recommendations to Chairs, SAOs, Faculty Affairs, and HR.
• Applies compensation philosophy, meets SLAs, and participates in workload management.
