Job summary

JobAps is inviting applications for a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant role based in Maryland. The position requires providing therapy services to patients under supervision, helping them regain daily living and work-related skills.

You will work with an Occupational Therapist and Home Health Nurse Supervisor, with shift coverage including holidays, weekends, and evenings. Applicants must hold a current Maryland PTA license and have a minimum of two years of PTA experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a current license as a Physical Therapy Assistant in Maryland.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Ability to substitute military therapy service experience on a year-for-year basis for the required experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in recovering and maintaining activities of daily living and work-related skills under supervision of an OT and Home Health Nurse Supervisor or Director.
• Provide therapy services to patients and clients in home health/clinical settings.
• Work on holidays, weekends, and evenings as required.
