Job summary

Presidential Post Acute is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate and treat patients, communicate with families and physicians, and maintain comprehensive records. The PT will develop treatment plans, supervise assistants, and train facility staff to support discharge readiness.

Required are a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (Masters/Doctorate preferred) and proficiency with Casamba and Point Click Care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Proficient with clinical documentation tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients within 24 hours of referral.
• Develop and obtain approval for treatment plans.
• Treat patients per physician plan and document progress.
• Supervise PT assistants and staff under state practice act.
• Communicate patient progress with families and health team.
