Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; state license required.
• Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients within 24 hours of referral and document delays.
• Develop treatment plan and obtain physician approval.
• Treat patients per the physician plan and document progress.
• Supervise PT aides and assistants.
• Communicate patient progress with families and health team.
• Contribute to discharge planning and family training.
