Job summary

Ocean Ridge Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Staff Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat residents, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with physicians and families. This role requires supervision of PT assistants, adherence to regulations, and strong documentation in Net Health and Point Click Care.

You will participate in care conferences, support staff training, and promote mobility and safety through evidence-based therapy and home exercise programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Proficient computer skills for Net Health and Point Click Care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine PT needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility.
• Supervise PT assistants and aides in resident care.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and staff on progress and goals.
• Maintain compliant documentation per regulations.
• Provide in-services and staff training.
