Job summary

Froedtert Health is seeking a Physical Therapist II to deliver comprehensive therapy services at the West Bend Health Center. You will assess and treat patients, document care, and participate in rehabilitation program activities, while mentoring staff and contributing to program development.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of clinical therapist experience.
• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Wisconsin.
• American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers within 3 months of hire.
• Proficiency in PT level 1 competencies; ability to assume additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessment, planning, and treatment.
• Document patient care and participate in department activities.
• Mentor staff and contribute to program development and education.
