Qualifications include a PT degree (Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate), WI licensure, and BLS within 3 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required.
• WI state license as a Physical Therapist is required.
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Provider within 3 months of hire is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive PT services, assess and document patient care.
• Participate in staff education and program development.
• Mentor department staff and demonstrate leadership in Rehabilitation Services.
