Froedtert Health in Manitowoc, WI is seeking a Physical Therapist II to deliver comprehensive physical therapy services, assess, plan, implement and document patient care, and contribute to department activities and program development.

Requirements include at least two years of clinical therapist experience, a degree from an accredited PT program, and Wisconsin state licensure with BLS within 3 months of hire; on-site work schedule is generally Mon–Fri, 6 am–5:30 pm, with no holidays or

• Two years of clinical therapist experience minimum.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• WI state license required; BLS or equivalent within 3 months of hire.
• Proficiency in PT level 1 competencies and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive PT services and document care.
• Participate in department activities and staff education.
