Qualifications

• Requires Doctorate/Master’s/Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in Wisconsin.
• American Heart Association BLS or equivalent within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and document patient care and treatment programs.
• Demonstrate advanced evaluation and treatment skills; participate in program development and staff education.
• Mentor department staff and support emerging leadership within Rehabilitation Services.
