Job summary

DraftKings is seeking a Senior Physical Security Operations Analyst in Boston, MA. You will analyze security performance data, identify gaps, investigate root causes, and lead development of security procedures and documentation.

You’ll collaborate with leadership, Compliance, and teams to strengthen our security posture. You will review metrics and incidents, translate findings into updated procedures, and work with GSOC to refine response and escalation paths.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in physical security operations or related field.
• Ability to analyze security data and identify patterns.
• Experience with incident reporting systems and security metrics.
• Strong communication to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple investigations.

Responsibilities

• Review alarm metrics, incident reports, and security KPIs to identify trends and gaps.
• Investigate security events and operational inefficiencies and propose solutions.
• Update SOPs and documentation to reflect best practices and compliance needs.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, Compliance, and other stakeholders to validate solutions.
• Maintain detailed analyses and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work with GSOC to improve response protocols and escalation pathways.
