Job summary

DraftKings is seeking a Senior Physical Security Operations Analyst to analyze security performance data, investigate events, and lead the development of SOPs and related documentation. You’ll partner with senior leadership, Compliance, and GSOC to strengthen security operations in a fast-paced environment.

You bring at least five years of experience in physical security or related fields, strong data-analysis skills, and experience with security frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in physical security operations or related field.
• Ability to analyze security data, identify patterns, and propose improvements.
• Experience with incident reporting systems and security frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple investigations independently.

Responsibilities

• Review security metrics and KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Investigate security events and inefficiencies and develop solutions.
• Update SOPs and procedures to reflect best practices and compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership, Compliance, and GSOC to validate findings and adopt procedures.
• Document analyses and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work with GSOC to improve response protocols and escalation paths.
