You will lead phishing simulations, develop security awareness content, assess vendor risk, and build executive dashboards to report on compliance posture and trends to leadership. Experience with ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of information security, IT compliance, or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA.
• Experience translating requirements into operational controls.
• Hands-on phishing simulations and awareness metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive-ready summaries.
• Collaborative across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain information security policies and standards aligned to frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical, measurable controls with process owners.
• Automate evidence collection, control tracking, and reporting where possible.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and evidence of control effectiveness.
• Lead phishing simulation campaigns and address behavioral risk trends.
• Create targeted security awareness content for varied employee audiences.
• Conduct vendor risk assessments and security risk analyses with tech teams.
• Build executive dashboards reporting on compliance posture and human risk trends.
• Identify AI-enabled automation opportunities to streamline audit and control validation.
