Job summary

DraftKings is seeking a Physical Security Engineer to design and implement scalable security technology across our operations. You will lead security design phases, work with vendors and cross-functional teams, and ensure performance, reliability, and compliance on a global scale.

You will review technical designs and cost estimates, optimize electronic security platforms, and maintain high standards of quality. A state gaming license may be required, with travel up to 10–15% as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP, CPP, Genetec are preferred.
• Experience with networking/IP configuration or related technologies is a plus.
• Ability to obtain a state gaming license and travel 10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable security technology solutions aligned with business needs.
• Lead from preconceptual through construction design phases and ensure goals.
• Review vendor SOWs, designs, and cost estimates for quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to deliver strong engineering outcomes.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and optimize electronic security platforms.
