Job summary

You will collaborate with law enforcement, vendors, and project managers to ensure protection of people and assets. The role requires a 4-year degree in Criminal Justice or equivalent, law enforcement experience preferred, and readiness to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree in Criminal Justice or related field or work-related equivalent experience in military, risk mitigation and compliance, or corporate management with focus on physical security.
• Law enforcement experience preferred and able to work after hours/weekends and travel as needed.
• Proficient in writing reports, creating presentations, and delivering in-person or remote training to employees.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for corporate physical security strategy and programs within the region.
• Perform local/regional assessments of protection risks/exposure and oversee site inspections.
• Maintain and monitor access control and video surveillance systems; ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage relationships with law enforcement, vendors, and internal stakeholders; coordinate contracts and SLAs.
• Develop and facilitate physical security training and participate in enterprise-wide security initiatives.
