Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Physical Security Specialist to safeguard locations and assets through monitoring alarms, cameras, lighting and access controls.

You will coordinate security programs, train staff, and manage vendor relationships to ensure compliance with the Bank Protection Act and OCC regulations. The role requires 5 years of related experience, a BA/BS, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• BA or BS is required.
• 5 years of security-related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of regulations including the Bank Protection Act.

Responsibilities

• Assess risk by reviewing locations to ensure alarm, lighting and video surveillance equipment are operational and recommend upgrades.
• Manage installation, maintenance, repair, upgrading, storage, inventory and acquisition of alarms and related equipment (burglary & fire) including surveillance cameras, lighting and DVRs.
• Coordinate security programs such as tracking money transfers and robbery response; provide training to staff to minimize losses.
• Coordinate assignment and placement of security guards as needed.
• Act as primary contact and vendor relationship manager with security equipment providers.
• Provide incident statistics and loss data to the Manager of Physical Security monthly.
• Act as system administrator for physical security control/monitoring program; manage access controls and terminations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
